The exhibition, organized in collaboration with the Oliveri's Library and Museums at Pesaro, offers a preliminary view on a historical collection promoted by G.B. Passeri in the first half of the 18th century. The collection is one of the most conspicuous ensemble of lamps and includes ancient pieces, especially of the Roman period, as well as modern fakes. The materials were displayed side by side to the manuscripts, correspondences and volumes of G.B. Passeri, in order to visualize the historical context and the cultural dynamics that were at the origins of the collection.
