According to article 73 of D.L. 69/2013 (converted into L. 98/2013), ant the subsequent modification of the artt. 50 and 50bis by D.L. 90/2014 (converted again into L. 114/2014), the success of 18 months of theoretical and practical training course (stage) at the courts provides the access to the competition for judge. This work aims to analyze the possible perspectives on the future of the procedures for admission to the competition for judge, in particular focusing on the framework agreement concluded in July 2015 between the Marche, the Appeal Court of Ancona, the Regional Administrative Court of Marche and the Universities of the Marche Region (Urbino, Macerata, Camerino and Ancona).
