Abstract
Tunisia is the only successful case of democratic expansion in North Africa which emerged from the “Arab Spring”. Although challenged both from within and from outside its borders, Tunisian democracy has recently seen a good degree of electoral participation – a trend which contributes to the development and consolidation of democratic practices in the country. Even in the Marche region the turnout of the Tunisian community reflects their participation to the renewal of their country. Such result is linked to the role played by the Internet and TVs during the electoral campaign.File in questo prodotto:
