The thesis is a critical edition and an analysis of four unpublished correspondences, from Literature to Art, between the writer and art reviewer Giuseppe Raimondi and other interlocutors: Emilio Cecchi, Leonardo Castellani, Alberto Sughi and Nino Pedretti. The correspondences contain purely intellectual implications, but also connections to the origins and the social identity of belonging to the same land. The analysis of these intellectual speeches and therefore the comparison with four extremely dissimilar personalities, have led to the highlight of multiple interesting faces of Giuseppe Raimondi as an Artist and as a Man. The retracing of Raimondi’s literary activity, the reconstruction of his relationships and the recalling of his lively personality contained in the letters definitively confirm his central role in the Italian cultural landscape of the twentieth century.

Abstract
The retracing of Raimondi’s literary activity, the reconstruction of his relationships and the recalling of his lively personality contained in the letters definitively confirm his central role in the Italian cultural landscape of the twentieth century.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
