This work aims to depeen the study of the medical liability in criminal law starting with the Nuremberg Trial and continuing with the comparison of the Italian and English legal systems. An analysis of their respective jurisprudence productions was conducted in order to understand how their respective systems directed the punishment of such conducts. The examination was then continued with the elaboration of the regulation of medical experimentation and its prevention mechanisms in order that do not cause harm to human health.
