The main topic of this research is the compliance programs of occupational health and safety which represent one of the main indicators of the new organizational approach of prevention in the workplace. The first chapter focuses on a preliminary and brief description of the evolution of the legislation on the protection of health and safety at work, historically and chronologically highlighting the main steps that have led to the concept of "organizational prevention" of which the compliance programs represent the maximum expression. The second chapter describes the application profiles of the liability regulation of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 with regard to negligence offences pursuant to art. 589 and 590, co. 3, c.p., analyzing the main underlying issues. Finally, the last chapter focuses on analyzing the functions and contents of compliance programs and on a deepening of the discipline of art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 which, specifically, provides that joint bodies can asseverate the adoption and effective implementation of the compliance programs. This last analysis will use the environmental hygiene services sector as a reference, since it represents one of the pilot sectors in the experimentation of asseveration. Included in this chapter is a discussion of a survey carried out on an empirical level in which a questionnaire was created and submitted to 250 companies operating in the reference sector.

Abstract
Included in this chapter is a discussion of a survey carried out on an empirical level in which a questionnaire was created and submitted to 250 companies operating in the reference sector.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
