The work investigates the Italian seventies from the secondary school observatory, with particular reference to student movements, which, starting from the sixties, have affected the school institution. Through a large intersection between unpublished sources, in particular the documentary funds preserved in the Central State Archives, the history of school unrest has been reconstructed, in a place at the center of political and social conflict over the decade. All the seventies are examined, in an attempt to read continuity and ruptures with the '68, but also between the two parts of the decade and between the seventies and the eighties. In the research I investigated some thematic issues such as the relationship between student unrest, teaching and school policy, but also the evolution of the relationship between school and the labor market. There is no lack of attention to the specific theme of political violence, on which historiographical reflection has generally focused more. The key idea is that the study of the student and the teacher subject is essential to understand both the history of the school of the period and the history of the movements.

Abstract
The key idea is that the study of the student and the teacher subject is essential to understand both the history of the school of the period and the history of the movements.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
