The PAROS (Photogrammétrie Architecturale Représentation par Ordinateur et outils de Synthèse) project aims to correlate architectural survey technics with data structuring and knowledge representation instruments, with information systems menagement and with instruments far representation of synthesis images fixed or animeted. In the generai agreement started by the Mission de la recherche et de la technologie, the Atelier de photogrammétrie de la Direction du Patrimoine - Ministère de la Culture et de la Francophonie, GAMSAU (Groupe d'études pour l'Application des Méthodes Scientifiques à l'Architecture et à l'Urbanisme) and the Istituto di Topografia dell'Università di Bologna have joined the PAROS research program. This program will be developped in three years, starting from 1994. Particularly those objects regarding the elaboration process of a preservation project, with a proper computer language. This report presents some aspects faced during the analysis of the architectural information system.
