The teaching of technical skills in voleyball is usually to prescriptions of the coach. Little is left to the personal research of the best ways to respond to external stimuli. Even less is left to intrinsic feddback of athletes. The Video Analysis is used for statistical purposes and not to improve the technical skills of the atlhetes. The aim of this experimental study is to verity if it is possible to integrate intrinsic visual feedback through Video Analysis in training to acquire and improve the skills of attack in vooleyball.
