Many of the Montessori psychopedagogical principles contribute to the acquisition of crucial skills to the teacher, both on a theoretical and a methodological side. To this end, we present a training project which involved the Autonomous Province of Trento (Childhood Office, Department of Knowledge), the University of Urbino, Italy, the Montessori Foundation and two schools of Trento.
