A new unlimited time contract has been boosted with huge incentives but not aimed for hiring young or unemployed, or create high skill jobs. A reform of public labour service has been announced that should strengthen active policies and reduce mismatch between domand and supply of jobs. A more comprehensive reform of public schools is now law and there is a provision for a dual apprenticeship school/work that have to be locally designed for italian small firms in a context of high territorial differentiation.
