The article, after defining the concept of people through the relationship with the concept of ethos, analyzes the current situation of the legal practices increasingly focused on an individualistic conception of freedom and justice. It is ultimately proposed an alternative conception based on the recovery of the vision of freedom and justice typical of the Christian tradition.
