Inclusion and communication: a right for everybody! It is important to eliminate every forms of discrimina tion, exclusion and social marginalization of subjects with or without disabilities in favor of a culture of the difference that could become reality. Because of the acceptance of disabled people, new opportunities must be realized: this necessarily has to pass through the scholastic organization, indeed as “place for all.” Italy has been a careful Nation with politics and Laws devoted particularly to the inclusion with the L. 517/77 that abolishes the differential classes, it brings about changes to the system-school and it founds the figure of the support teacher. Thanks to the law 104/92: “framework law for the assistance, the social integration and the rights of the disabled People”, it is possible to take care of subjects with different abilities in terms of legislative decrees. We will treat the Creative rehabilitation method of the oral and written communication with Musical structures, elaborated by the pedagogist Zora Drežančić. It is a complete, multi-sensorial method that includes acoustic, visual, motor, sensorial stimulations. They are natural and progressive stimulations that take into account the age of the subject. The method encompasses four programs for very small children to adults with the objective of a correct and intelligible language
