This article addresses the problem of overcoming social vulnerability and establishes the most appropriate direction to achieve educational equality. It is based on the hypothesis that competency-based training is a preventive factor to achieve social compensation. A teaching-learning proposal based on the complementarity between individualization and personalization is presented, supported by an innovative methodological system that guarantees the set of adequate skills to prevent the risks of social exclusion.

Abstract
