This contribution comes from the reflection that has emerged in the didactic laboratory that has engaged students and teachers of the Bachelor of Education of the Faculty of Education. The theme “Synesthesias and emotions”, the object of the laboratory experience held in the month of December 2011, represents a new area of concern of the authors' interests, in relation to studies and researches conducted in the field of education and teaching that extend to neuroscience. A first analysis of the phenomenon synaesthetic of which the literature, art, and the human sciences provide an interpretation, and has been proposed a new way of learning that the authors define “polisensorial approach”, capable of harnessing the experiential dimension and culture of the person.
