Abstract
The data driven economy, based on big data, defines multiple digital identities using artificial intelligence and creating a datafication of the individuals. Cognitive bias, introduced by the technologies, produces new vulnerabilities, intruding in the life of the people with obscure automatic decision systems. The GDPR and the explicability, as a new multi-disciplinary principle, are necessary pillars to minimize these risks and to address positive uses. Additionally, a governance of data is fundamental in order to shape a strategy of management of data used by algorithms. This paper presents this scenario, stresses the risks and figures out the possible solutions.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
