The present contribution first explores the risks to which minors who access inadequate online content are exposed and, more specifically, focuses on the direct and indirect risks resulting from the use of pornographic content. The paper then takes up the regulatory provisions governing the access of minors to pornographic content, focusing first on the context of traditional media and then focusing on the peculiarities of the web. The paper intends to highlight the differences between the two contexts in order to justify the proposal of a specific regulatory and risk mitigation strategy
