[Freedom and privacy of communications] This paper starts with the inviolability of freedom and secrecy of communication as set forth in the constitutional text. In addition to analyzing the complex constitutional projection of the objective scope of freedom, the paper analyzes the freedom and secrecy of communications in balancing with the right to privacy, taking into consideration the new borders drawn by technological innovation.
