The main aim of the Digital Services Act (DSA) is to strengthen the protection of fundamental rights in the digital environment. The contributions of the speakers at the workshop, the written version of which is presented in this issue, make possible the understanding, with a multidisciplinary approach, of the impact of the DSA on the sources of law, on the public decision-making process and on the democratic order of States in the new digital environment and in the context of virtual agoras.
