The chosen narrative in response to the question is from literature and revolves around a page by Musil from The Man Without Qualities, in which Musil talks about man’s need to give a narrative order to his life. As we shall see, this order is made up of a quality crossing Aesthetics. By making dialogue from this page by Musil with two works by Kiefer, we will try to show as the artistic way can be useful for the jurist to extend his/her sensibility and imagination.
