Abstract

The objective of this paper is to identify a combination of factors that would make a sport attractive to both the athletes and the general public. In this regard, an analysis has been conducted on a sample of 200 clay shooting plants. Our results show an unbalanced and poorly capillary geographical distribution of plants, making it difficult, in some areas, for shooters to have an assiduous practice because of long distances. In addition, a strong heterogeneity in formats and combination of services offered emerged, which makes the entire sector unable to present a unique image.
