The paper provides a conceptual framework to evaluate industrial customers’ Readiness for IOT-Based Services. The framework is based on the analysis of the available literature on Digitalization and Servitization. It identifies antecedents of IOT-Based Services Readiness which bring industrial customers to try IOT-Based Services. Theoretical and managerial implications are drawn.
