In the contemporary competitive landscape, sustaining a strong market presence demands a commitment to strategic thinking and smart approaches from organizations. In this perspective, Lean and Agile models are perceived and confirmed as promising strategies to yield superiors and advantageous outcomes. Since both the Lean and Agile paradigms have received increasing attention as systems for improving the efficiency of companies in the global scenario, the present paper aims at analyzing the key success factors to the implementation of Lean-Agile model and the benefits of their integrated implementation in the SMEs context. By conducting a case study on an Italian SME in the B2B scenario, the study demonstrates that these paradigms and the specific focus of Scrum Agile tool proved to be not only possible but also beneficial for the organization.
